In October iMS were contacted by a Chinese exporter of computer spares. They required a fulfilment house capable of linking its online ordering directly from their website and providing detailed tracking reports. iMS using IFS (Integrated Fulfilment System) were able to meet all these requirements and after some clever work by our IT people to cope with the code variations between languages we went live within 2 weeks. Volumes have grown significantly in a short period of time and now the exporter is looking to double their product range.
