The term E-Fulfilment pertains to everything that happens between the customer clicking the “Buy” button and receiving the goods.

With an ever increasing online market, iMS has developed it’s E-Fulfilment service, whereby all order information from the initial website is automatically transferred to our warehousing operation without any manual intervention. the advent of e-commerce has come e-fulfilment whereby all of the order processing information from the initial website is automatically transferred to a warehousing operation without any manual intervention. Picking lists, delivery notes, labels and courier tracking numbers are all produced by the warehouse system from the original data file.

CDL Logistics has developed its own Warehouse Management System, IFS (Integrated Fulfilment System) that enables us to offer a true e-fulfilment solution and the efficiencies associated with this. iMS is the specialist e-fulfilment division of CDL Logistics Group with over twenty clients utilising this e-fulfilment solution. These e-tailers sell anything from electronics, games, toys, clothing, gifts and educational materials.
